This study is focused on the and development of a gas-to-liquid heat pipe exchanger (HPHE) based numerical experimental analysis. Stainless steel pipes were installed inside in form three equilateral triangles, staggered into hexagonal configuration to simulate waste recovery from hot exhaust gas water flow. The first main aim this was 3D design analysis, which used create calculate effect similar input conditions overall system. system tested for transfer by measuring temperature change both fluids. average effectiveness In second part study, test undertaken with setup, using as cooling fluid. conducted different velocities temperatures air, controlled simultaneously fan air heater, whereas kept at steady state 30 °C 0.0156 kg/s input. velocity fans inlet 0.3 m/s, 0.5 0.7 m/s. Moreover, changed 150 250 step 25 °C. increase directly proportional amount transferred water, also found be inversely varying parameters. showed maximum 12% transfer. output cold fluids increases 7 K 3 K, respectively. such parameters can evaluated further predict behavior changes
